I love living here. I feel very safe and loved by neighbors and the management team. I moved to Asheville for work. I have no friends and family here but living here makes me feel like I’m home.

Don’t live here unless you’re okay with constant frustration. The WiFi will go out all day, with no communication from the office. You have to get their WiFi so there’s not even the chance you can fix it yourself. The gym is tiny. There used to be nice views and a good trail but that’s been ruined by the construction that they didn’t tell us was going to start. Sometimes the elevator will go out. The front gate is broken so it stays open. The mailroom is a mess and there’s no process for it.… Trash pickup can be unreliable.
