In the couple of weeks I’ve lived at Autumn Woods, it has been one of the best places I’ve been to. Everyone is very responsive and respectful, and I’m glad it’s the apartment I chose.

The property is quiet, very nicely kept. Although close to all of the amenities of Chapel Hill, you feel like you're in the country surrounded by forest. The staff is wonderful.

I’ve been living at Autumn Woods since 2016, and although IT’s changed ownership quite a few times this present owner should invest in fixing the sprinkler system, adding to the dog park, and other amenities. Greystar is amazing, but the owner needs to step up, especially because we pay so much to live here.
