Kildaire Reserve Apartments

I have been graced to reside here since 2015, and I have no complaints. I was surprised to find a location not far from my previous home. As I became an emptynester, this was excellent for me! It is convenient for my children and grandchildren to locate,if necessary :=). Very close to the main highways and connectors. The neighbors are nice and some will actually wave back. I am glad the neighborhood is dog friendly. The office staff have been awesome to me since I arrived. The maintenance... staff have also been on top of things! I was fortunate to host a vendor event here 2 yrs ago. As a disabled veteran and a senior-something, I am also appreciative of the close proximity of Major grocery stores, drugstores, and other necessities of daily living re: Urgent Care, auto care, shops and it is very close to Wake Med Hospital.

We love our community and all the friends we’ve made over the years! The neighborhood is quant and quiet! Couldn’t pick a cuter place to live!

Klara was so sweet and very helpful the entire process. I love the apartment and was amazed how spacious the place was. It is so much good my children to do and everyone is so friendly. We’re going to love it here.

So far, so great! My husband and I just moved here and the staff has been nothing but friendly and accommodating. The apartment is incredibly spacious and well laid out, and the maintenance team works diligently to right any wrongs you bring to their attention. Their pet-friendly policies have also been life-saving as we have 3 large dogs. Highly, highly recommend!

The staff of the Kildare Reserves team have been absolutley amazing. Since moving in, emails about things that need to be fixed were answered instantly. I feel at home here.
