My move in experience was horrendous but after that all and all, I was able to get things situated. Outside of that, the neighborhood and community is nice. The amenities are lovely. I would just request maybe some sort of pest control outside of the buildings.

I do love my apartment, it is extremely spacious (1 bedroom- 1,024sq ft.), I love the layout, and the rent pricing is not horrible for the amount of space I get. The gym is pretty nice & I enjoy going on runs around the property with all the beautiful trees along the sidewalk. Some of the cons though- the pool is very small. Car alarms going off every single day, multiple times a day. The parking spots are small. And there’s usually at least one incident a week where someone is yelling/crashing... out/fighting in the parking lot, hallways, or just anywhere on the property. And people don’t pick up their dogs waste. And one lady in my building lets her dog pee and poop in the apartment building breezeway.
