Novel Cary is such an amazing community. It has so many amenities, and the apartments are stunning. I love how big my kitchen is as well! I knew the very first day I toured that this was the exact apartment I’d been looking for for so long. I’m stoked to live here, and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who asks.

Upon moving in, we immediately noticed that the apartment had not been properly inspected or cleaned after the previous tenant vacated. The carpets are contaminated with strong pet urine odor and stains, making the affected areas unusable due to the severity of the smell.
We informed staff that we had already attempted to clean the carpets ourselves using a carpet cleaner and appropriate solutions, but the urine odor persists. We formally requested that the carpets be replaced; however, it has... now been over a week, and the maintenance team has neither resolved the issue nor provided any clear answers or timelines.
This delay is unacceptable and continues to impact our ability to live comfortably in the unit. We are requesting immediate action.

I couldn’t praise the team here more - they are above and beyond expectations! They’ve promptly addressed any of my needs, and do everything they can to ensure our community is maintained at a high standard. I feel like they treat this like their home and really cares about the community and its people.

Novel Cary is a good apartment to suit your needs with still issues with cleanliness and maintenance from neighbors and facilities. Location and pricing are good considering the combined community events organized by neighbors and amenities.

We really like our floor plan at Novel Cary. The team is professional & friendly. Only draw back is no option to recycle. Trash & cardboard only.
