This place could be ok if they cared even the slightest about the residents. Maintenance is a joke. When I moved in the sliding glass door was off track making it nearly impossible to open. I brought this to their attention multiple times. Eventually the handle broke off and now the refuse to replace it because it was "my fault". This isn't the only thing they've refused to fix, lets not mention the leaky fridge and lack of weather stripping. The roaches are a whole other story. They come from… everywhere and they come year round. Not once has anyone been to my apartment to spray for bugs like every other NC apartment complex. The management here wants your money and they want you to leave them alone. Not how an Apartment complex should be run.
STAY AWAY FOR YOUR OWN GOOD.
There are plenty of places around for the same money that will treat you better. An update to say the change in management hasn't done a thing. Same apartment admin on site whos never here. I have photos showing water damage to my apartment that happens on the monthly basis tbecause there's water ingress from the front door every time they powerwash the breezeway. I let it be known every time and nothing changes. Every month, flood damage. Avoid this place at all costs for your own sanity. This is all not mentioning the awful neighbors who don't care about others. Loud all hours and will straight up hit your car with their door in front of you without flinching. Read More
