Lived here for over a year and it was the worst. After 4 months we had 2 closet doors break and come off completely. The bathroom vent broke, the floorboards peeled up, and the drywall chipped off randomly. The mold and mildew is so hard to avoid even with 2 dehumidifiers in the house. Maintenance does their best but its not great, I also had them come in unannounced one day while I was getting out of the shower even though they said they would never come in without letting me know first. Not to... mention the noise, walls are paper thin so 24/7 I have to hear one neighbor fight all the time & the others with a dog and baby that won't shut up. I’ve been complaining about my neighbor from hell for months now and nothing has been done. I’ve contacted management, courtesy officer who lives on the property, I’ve called corporate and nothing, I’m still dealing with no sleep due to my neighbor intentionally blasting random sounds out her back window through a speaker!

Cockroaches everywhere.
The townhouses look horrible from the outside alone, then we walked inside the unit and it was disgusting. NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURES! Cockroaches everywhere, on the walls and floor. Black fungus on the door, dirty, the floor had damage, the kitchen had flipped drawers and so old. The half bathroom on the first floor was so gross. I couldn't bare to go to the second floor and left. This is a Catfish situation! Run!!!

Very poorly maintained. Nothing gets resolved. There are rats and mice in the units they refuse to exterminate properly. My HVAC unit doesn't work there solution was to get me 1 window unit

I went to tour a two bedroom unit and was not impressed. The unit was not cleaned there were spiderwebs dust and debris everywhere. The floors were uneven and the back patio was not kept. Doesn’t look like pictures.
