Ever wanted to live somewhere that has afternoon tea? You can make candles? Holiday parties? Well, the Walker is just that. It's not just a place to keep your stuff, it's a whole community. The crew are incredible at having fun events, responding to concerns, and overall GREAT people. There is something unique about being greeted with a smile whenever you encounter them.

Everyone has been great helping me at The Walker. My situation is tricky as I am transitioning from the coast to Cary. Timing a move and setting up an apartment while trying to sell a house at the beach requires a lot of flexibility and the folks at The Walker are helping make the transition smooth.

Living in this apartment has been an excellent experience from the very beginning. The community is clean, quiet, and well maintained, making it a comfortable place to call home. The management team is friendly, professional, and always quick to respond to questions or maintenance requests. Any repairs are completed promptly, and communication is clear throughout the process. The amenities, including the fitness center, pool, and shared outdoor spaces, are always in great condition and add to… the overall quality of life.
