you don’t want to be here. take it from a long term resident. they find ways to make it constantly miserable. if they manage to keep management for more than a year at a time, it’s an accomplishment. best part of the place is the trash service, but they’ll double charge you for it for years so it better be. just wis they’d remove the right stuff.

I’ve been having an issue with the apartment for over 3 months and the staff constantly changes, no one is ever on the same page. Which results in nothing being done. Over priced rent, they don’t keep up with the outter structure of the building, floors and walls are super thin. Too many issues and no one seems to know what’s going on

I have lived here for 5 years ..I enjoyed and love this community however for sometime the grounds are not kepted the pool almost never open in the summer when you wanna host event it need to be when the office is open. I would not recommend this community it's other doing more with less. I KNOW several neighbors that are moving this year alone and they feel the same way.THE Rent Is To High......

The View has many amenities that are amazing and the office staff are friendly. The mailing center is super convenient and over all feels like a safe environment. Though, the cleanliness of the neighborhoood could use some work.

I've lived here twice--once from 2007-2014, then I moved back in in 2023. I really love living here. I chose View at Lake Lynn for a few reasons: 1) they offer the most square feet for one bedroom apartments for a price that's in my budget 2) walking access to Lake Lynn 3) upgraded apartments that are kept in good condition 4) community events 5) very responsive and helpful management staff 6) location within Raleigh--close to many locations for entertainment and recreation, but not too close... to main roads
