Awful Conditions
If I wrote everything I have experienced here, it would take me all day.
I’m unfortunately still stuck living here, and this has been one of the worst renting experiences imaginable.
We were moved into a unit with German cockroaches, and management has done little to help. Even pest control told us it’s a building-wide issue. Multiple residents have had the same problem.
The noise is even worse. Since October 2025, our upstairs neighbor has kept us awake until 2–3 AM almost every night with... constant stomping, jumping, and slamming. We’ve submitted multiple complaints and nothing has changed. At this point, we are still paying rent but can barely even sleep in the apartment because management has done absolutely nothing to resolve it besides send out mass emails that do absolutely nothing.
The office staff has also turned over at least 3 times since October, so you never know who is working there or who to contact. Communication is terrible — calls and emails are ignored constantly.
The mandatory valet trash service is unreliable, dog waste is everywhere outside, and smoking issues in the building are ignored as well.
We even asked for a transfer due to the noise and roach problems, but the only unit offered was dirty and poorly maintained. Breaking the lease would cost thousands, despite the multiple issues and lease violations on the property’s end, and when we tried to break the lease we were lied to by management about multiple things.
This place has caused extreme stress, anxiety, lack of sleep, and health issues. Please don’t let the nice tour experience fool you — once you move in, management does not care.
