A couple of main negative issues when moving in within the apartment. The staff from the office to the maintenance crew were slow to address the situations. It took 3 weeks to get my dryer vent clog cleaned out.

The leasing process is quite simple, and all the office staff are very friendly and helpful. The maintenance staff prioritizes emergencies, which can be a bit slow depending on the type of work required. However, they do an excellent job. The place is very nice, and the cost isn't excessive.

It's been a decent experience here, but communication with and from the office is horrible. It's very quiet, for the most part, but lately we've had residents move in who pay loud music and race their cars up and down Dynasty Dr.

Lived here for several years, I’m in an older unit but for what I pay I’m quite content. Biggest issue is the popcorn ceiling in laundry room keeps coming off
