Package room could be more reliable. Staff are a highlight of this complex, Sam and Ebony are always helpful and kind. Gym has improved but machines could be serviced quicker. I enjoy living here and will likely renew again

The apartments are super nice and unique, the staff is always understanding and great and handling issues. The maintenance team is very responsive and respectful. Gym has been upgraded which is a bonus

30Six NoDa Apartments are beautiful, safe, right on the light rail and above and around plenty of walkable bars, restaurants, coffeeshops, and live music spots. The amenities are great, the staff are so friendly and helpful and it’s in the perfect location to all the fun stuff that NoDa provides!

Great staff, community, location and amenities. Love living here. Very pet friendly. Easy commute options with light rail right outside the door and all sorts of food and entertainment options in walking distance. Many in the same parking lot.

From the moment we toured 30SixNoda we fell in loveeee. We knew instantly we wanted to live here and we couldn’t have done it without Sam McGuire. He is truly so helpful and considerate when it came the the whole process, Sam as well as all of the staff are so kind. We couldn’t imagine living anywhere else in Charlotte.
