The property itself is in a great location with convenient access to shopping, dining, and entertainment. The area has a great atmosphere and offers plenty to do nearby. Would be higher lately, however the stairwell door facing North Davidson has been broken for months now, as has the down button for the freight elevator on the 3rd floor
