Great Clean Apartments

So far my stay at this apartment has been great, the staff is friendly, my neighbors are lovely, and the area is great. I love to go for a morning walk on the side road next to the units. The pool was great during the summer months and right next to the gym, makes for a good post workout dip.

Home sweet home

The location is so convenient. This is by far the most peaceful and quiet neighborhood I've stayed at, and the grounds are well maintained the staff is excellent the property manager is so wonderful and caring. Home sweet home.

Beautiful Community and Excellent Maintenance Team!

Accent Berkeley Place is such a beautiful community, everything from the landscaping to the overall upkeep is so well maintained. The property always looks clean and welcoming, it truly feels like home. The maintenance team here is absolutely amazing! They respond to work orders quickly and always do a thorough job. Not Just Another Apartment

I've been here 6 months now which is a fair amount of time to see how things are really really done. Accent really is an upgraded apartment that really does have a big kitchen with lots of storage with all new appliances, it really does have a big bath tub and a washer and dryer included. An amazing amenity package including a big pool and hammocks to chill in and a spacious gym to work out in , but what you don't know is the maintainance team goes above and beyond do help you out, the leasing… staff makes day to day living here feel like home. They schedule socials, food trucks, give aways, contests and even listen to your soap opera of a love life! Where can you live in a city full of strangers that everyday you know the folks that keep this place running care about your safety, comfort and care. Nowhere but Accent at Berkeley Place It's not just another apartment.

Amazing Staff and Property

The things that Accent Berkeley does for their tenants are great from the events they host to the gift cards they give out and more. They make you feel appreciated to be a part of their property. I moved from out of state and went with my gut feeling about the property. When I viewed it I felt like this was where I wanted to live. I’m glad I chose Accent Berkeley.
