I've been here 6 months now which is a fair amount of time to see how things are really really done. Accent really is an upgraded apartment that really does have a big kitchen with lots of storage with all new appliances, it really does have a big bath tub and a washer and dryer included. An amazing amenity package including a big pool and hammocks to chill in and a spacious gym to work out in , but what you don't know is the maintainance team goes above and beyond do help you out, the leasing... staff makes day to day living here feel like home. The things that Accent Berkeley does for their tenants are great from the events they host to the gift cards they give out and more. They make you feel appreciated to be a part of their property. As a current resident here who is a young professional I LOVE it here . The leasing consultants are so helpful and friendly. Not to mention the property manager Fai is amazing and attentive. The community itself is nestled away in a quiet area . The apartments are spacious and beautiful.
