Having the pleasure of living at accent Berkeley ct, I can confidently say it was a fantastic experience. From the moment I moved in, I was impressed by the welcoming atmosphere and the well-maintained grounds. The apartment itself is spacious, with modern finishes and plenty of natural light, making it a comfortable and inviting space to call home.

The location is ideal, situated close to public transport, shops, and parks, which made it easy to explore the area. The amenities provided, such... as the gym and communal areas, were always clean and well-kept, enhancing the living experience.

The management team was incredibly responsive and friendly, addressing any concerns I had promptly. I also appreciated the sense of community fostered through various events and gatherings organized by the management.

I've been here 6 months now which is a fair amount of time to see how things are really really done. Accent really is an upgraded apartment that really does have a big kitchen with lots of storage with all new appliances, it really does have a big bath tub and a washer and dryer included. An amazing amenity package including a big pool and hammocks to chill in and a spacious gym to work out in , but what you don't know is the maintainance team goes above and beyond do help you out, the leasing... staff makes day to day living here feel like home. They schedule socials, food trucks, give aways, contests and even listen to your soap opera of a love life! Where can you live in a city full of strangers that everyday you know the folks that keep this place running care about your safety, comfort and care. The things that Accent Berkeley does for their tenants are great from the events they host to the gift cards they give out and more. They make you feel appreciated to be a part of their property. I moved from out of state and went with my gut feeling about the property. When I viewed it I felt like this was where I wanted to live. I’m glad I chose Accent Berkeley. As a current resident here who is a young professional I LOVE it here . The leasing consultants are so helpful and friendly. Not to mention the property manager Fai is amazing and attentive. The community itself is nestled away in a quiet area . The apartments are spacious and beautiful. If you are looking for a place that is centrally located and valued proximity to grocery stores and shopping. This is your place!
