Issues are water logging, bugs, molds and humidity are open for months. When we repeatedly visited office they insult you and giving no response. says there are many units for them to handle and hence cannot take care of such serious issues. Recreation is also poorly managed.

So far so good. I only have one week living here and it’s great. Apartment is nice, comfortable, I like the area and the nature inside. Very quiet so I can work perfectly fine

Some appliances doesn’t work well and maintenance is not for weekends .
My moving date my apartment was not ready for me but fortunately they can fix it

I recently learned that I have had a really good experience with Atkins Circle. The maintenance team helped me with my heat and stove. I can truly can say that my problem was solved.

Not too much to gripe about here. Pretty chill spot to be. The maintenance crew is very responsive which is good because you will need them alot.
