They don’t care.

Every review I see they response saying they care, take these things seriously, want to talk, ect. No they don’t. If they did, they would have done something as we have been complaining about issues for the last several months. Calls, in person contact, emails, maintenance requests that were just closed with no repairs. We had flooding in our unit for 2 months. I begged them to call a plumber and explained it was a sewer issue. They said “we have to call the higher ups” 2 months later, guess… what. It was a tree root that broke into a pipe 3 doors down and was flooding my apartment with sewage randomly 2-3 times a month. They had to finally call a plumber after 4 complaints and 6 units started flooding at once. We have had mold for several months and they won’t do anything about it. I have several windows that have broken tracks and either don’t stay open or can’t open. That’s been a year and a half. I have talked to these people about these issues so long that every single person that worked there when I first brought the issues up, NO LONGER WORK HERE. Multiple teams of new reps and nothing can get done here. They sent out emails to do apartment inspections. Right. So they can what, ignore everything as they have been?

iiresponsible Maintenance and office staff

Issues are water logging, bugs, molds and humidity are open for months. When we repeatedly visited office they insult you and giving no response. says there are many units for them to handle and hence cannot take care of such serious issues. Recreation is also poorly managed.

Our expectation is that concerns are properly documented, evaluated, communicated, and followed through to resolution.

We also take your comments regarding your interactions with the office seriously. Every resident should be treated with professionalism and respect when bringing a concern to our team, regardless of the circumstances.

So far so good. I only have one week living here and it’s great. Apartment is nice, comfortable, I like the area and the nature inside. Very quiet so I can work perfectly fine

Some appliances doesn’t work well and maintenance is not for weekends .
My moving date my apartment was not ready for me but fortunately they can fix it
