Nice, quiet place to live. Some of the interior could use updating, i.e cabinets are worn and need refinished or painted. The stove top gets extremely hot when oven is on. I have actually burnt myself on it. It will melt any plastic or food, such as butter if temp is st 350 degrees. I assume it is just a cheap stove, but it is not pleasant to cook on

Forest Oaks has been very accommodating. The community is very clean and the residents are lovely. The maintenance does take awhile but nothing too major.

Great place to stay. Very quiet and very clean. Wish we had a garbage area on both sides of the apartment complex. Wish we had quicker maintenance responses.
