I wrote an email to the leasing office earlier this week regarding piles of dead leaves and trash in the breezeways and got no response. I take walks frequently and i see no buildings are taken care like the one where the display apartment is and they should all be held to the same standard. The amount trash around this complex is embarrassing.

They never answer the phones. When it comes to the money the residents pay they’re going to answer it quickly. Maintenance is slow and no one is ever in the office. I just moved here I’m ready to move out. Not satisfied at all

Avant at Steele Creek is a wonderful place to be. Management are excellent when it comes to assisting tenants and it is a clean, family oriented complex. A lot of shopping areas around too.
