So far the move in experience has been a good one. No place is perfect and there comes issues with apartment living, shared spaces, etc but the issues are a problem when the response to fix them is appropriate and I’ve found the team to respond fairly quickly to any issues. That speaks volumes to me. I hope that communication and effort continues

The pool area is so dirty. The dog park is literally a giant patch of dirt and mud with a small pole sticking out of the ground as if that’s not dangerous. The gym is 90 degrees and smells like weed so bad it’s disgusting. The sides of the buildings are dirty and gross.

My experience living here at Avant has been great ??. Quiet friendly neighbors convenient to shopping at many different stores many restaurants Medical facilities convenient to Amusement Park, Lake, Parks, Airport. We have nice amenities great looking apartment. Most of all nice friendly Staff that's always willing to answer any questions or tend to any and all maintenance orders. You'll love calling Avant home like I do ????
