Bowery West offers stylish units, great location, you are located close proximity to restaurants, shopping and close to Interstate 277, I-77, and I-85 , and several grocery stores.

The home is beautifully designed, with spacious rooms and modern finishes that make it feel welcoming. I wholeheartedly recommend moving to this community, as it offers a fantastic living experience. The staff and property manager are incredibly attentive and friendly. Whenever I have a maintenance issue, they respond promptly and efficiently, ensuring that everything gets resolved quickly. The amenities are exceptional; they include a well-equipped fitness center, a sparkling swimming pool, and... inviting outdoor spaces perfect for relaxation. Overall, I’m absolutely thrilled with my new home, and even though I just moved in two weeks ago, I already feel right at home.

I’ve experienced several ongoing concerns that are impacting my quality of life in this community: the apartment walls do not provide adequate sound insolation (you’ll hear every train that pass as well as tv channel your neighbor is watching), neighbors frequently misuse amenities and create excessive noise during work/quit hours, and the responsiveness and consistency of staff support has been unreliable.
