Posh Apartments in the heart of uptown

Let me just say the uptown area is by far the best area in Charlotte. Everything is walking distance, there is several restaurants to choose from and a gym that is centrally located. We all know apartment hunting in a pain but I finally found a winner. The staff of Cedar Flats is beyond excellent. I needed to move literally in 24 hours due to waiting until the last minute. I came to visit the property and I was amazed the team was very knowledgeable of the property and the specials they were... running. Austin, a top-notch leasing agent at the property and his manager Dana went above and beyond to get me in in less than 8 hours! WOW! Did I mention they even gave me girl scout cookies? (Thanks D).
The property amenities include a sleek lobby with cafe/lounge area serving coffee, snacks during the business hours; high-tech fitness with state of the art equipment, room for yoga, etc. a business center with board room with seating for up to 8 people, swimming pool that has grills and cabanas so can unwind after a long day’s work with a cold beer or a bottle of wine. Large area for entertaining on those warm spring/summer nights!
I’m amazed at how well they keep this place beautifully managed. The monthly rent is VERY reasonable for this posh location in Uptown. They have a proactive maintenance staff; work orders can be done via website and completed within 24 hours.
Cedar Flats caterers to their residents as if you are part of their own family. They host monthly events which residents show up too. I am very satisfied that I moved here and planning to stay for a long time. I would highly recommend Cedar Flats apartments, tell them I sent you!

Pros:
Pet friendly- more dogs than people
Awesome pool area
Valet Trash
Friendly, Respectful, and Social Neighbors.
Apartments are nicely finished; quality cabinetry and flooring
Non-smoking community keeps things classy

Cons:
Doesn’t have a doggy spa which seems to be most common in apartment complexes these days, but PetCo is right down the street and Allie is great with my pup!!
