Circa Uptown

There are pros and cons to any apartment community, and Circa Uptown is no exception. We've enjoyed our two years here and will likely renew.

The location-to-price ratio is hard to beat, and it's the first thing we'd highlight to anyone considering this area. Apartments are spacious and well-updated — the high ceilings are a standout.

The staff is consistently a bright spot. The office, concierge, and maintenance teams are attentive and pleasant to work with. Any need that arises, they're on... it.

As with any urban community, noise and traffic can be a factor depending on local events — not a dealbreaker, just something to keep in mind.

Regarding amenities, there's a solid offering, but some features do not function or are overdue for upgrades. We'd encourage management to survey residents on priorities, improve as budget allows, and keep the community informed on timelines. Transparency goes a long way.

Great staff. Great location. We love living at Circa Uptown. Walking distance to all the fun events in uptown. Great location and easy access to highways.

Move in was easy and the view is terrific. Very spacious apartment. Some noise issues as it is not very sound proof but you get to hear the baseball game at least.

3rd day here and I'm loving it. Everything it's clean and the people that work here are very nice and helpful. So far trying to convince my friends that are planing to move to consider Circa as an option

I have enjoyed the almost 3 years I’ve been here at Circa. The staff is friendly and always helpful. Maintenance is always timely and stay in communication when repairs are pending. And you can’t beat a 3 block walk to and from work!
