I like that it's mostly quiet and family friendly out here. The people in the office are nice and friendly, they do community events, and maintenance does respond quickly. However the parking situation is atrocious and it may take multiple maintenance visits before your one issue is resolved.

Im most proud to be a resident here at Presley Oak, I've been here for a couple of years and it a quite place to come home too with Food Truck excitement. Your neighbor thats greets you in the morning and evening. Keep up the works Presley Oaks.

Presley Oaks has been the best apartment I have lived in across multiple states. It's a quiet community which is something I value. The apartments themselves are beautiful with huge kitchens, and amazing deep bathtubs that I spend way too much time in. Management has been fantastic at solving issues, and getting them done fast. They have been great at communicating effectively and making sure I am in the loop with everything being done in my apartment. They have fun community events. I love... living here.
