Highly recommend

Not only is the location amazing, living here was a really great experience! Nestled between Elizabeth and Plaza Midwood, walkable access to two great neighborhoods with the goldline stop right outside to take you into uptown.
Amazing amenities: free coffee in lobby, gym & fitness studio kept fairly clean, cute courtyards with fire pits, and a pretty pool area kept super clean and very peaceful.
Management was excellent and very friendly, any requests completed in a timely manor.
Loved living... here! Highly recommend!

Some recent issues with dog owners but otherwise quiet and great location. Rarely hear my neighbors. Pool is a plus during the summer. Nice gym.

Apartments are beautiful and spacious. Not much storage. Great amenities and friendly staff. Great location.
Cons- the windows are insanely thin and should probably be replaced. You can hear everything on the street and the highway. Also a lot of people moved in with not friendly dogs. It’s been hard to use the dog park or walk my dog when their dogs are snarling at my pup
