I truly enjoy the residency here and the quick access to so many establishments and store nearby. The area is very secluded and just right for my liking.

I’ve really enjoyed living here. It’s mostly quiet, traffic isn’t too bad unless around the peak times. It’s pretty close to everything you may need. I never have to fight for a parking space and very rarely see a lot of people around the complex. It’s not super noisy unless they’re doing construction. The events and perks they have are fun too! Maintenance is quick to come fix things. Trash pick up is nice. I’ve never had any packages stolen from my apartment or the mail room. For the most part... people stay to themselves.

I’ve had a great experience living here. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the staff is consistently friendly and helpful. The neighbors are welcoming, which really adds to the sense of community. The amenities are modern, well-maintained, and always clean. The pricing is competitive for the area, and the location is incredibly convenient and close to everything you could need.

This complex is very very quiet it is also clean in the amenities and breezeways. The ONLY issue is the parking but I feel like that's many apartments in Charlotte haha
