In a period of time of upheaval in my life, I knew I needed a change in my living space. Kind of stumbled upon Laurent, due to location and amenities nearby. Best decision ever to move here. The rental process was easy and I have always felt welcome. Laurent truly feels like home to me.

After 6 months here.
- The 'park' view is actually a massive, loud construction site active until 2027.
- Building quality is poor with non-existent soundproofing — you can hear every word from your neighbors.
- The mandatory internet service is unreliable, and management’s official response to outages was suggesting residents work from local businesses instead of fixing the issue.
Great location, but the building and service quality are not what was promised.

Regarding the view and nearby... construction, we understand how disruptive this can be and apologize for the impact it has had on your comfort. While the construction is being managed by an external developer and is unfortunately outside of our control, we know it affects day-to-day living, and we regret any inconvenience it has caused. Concerning the internet service, we completely understand how essential reliable connectivity is. WhiteSky did experience an unexpected outage that affected multiple communities. While service has since been restored, we recognize the frustration this caused. We value your feedback and would appreciate the opportunity to speak with you directly so we can better understand your experience and work toward a solution. I am glad I made the decision to lease here, the staff is pleasant to work with, the apartment is beautiful and spacious (I love the bathroom). The common areas clean and well kept together. The area has everything I need within walking distance. Love it here!! Thank you!!
