The entire process from two separate tours through the application and move-in process was seamless. The availability and responsiveness of the Lennox team along with the quality of the community spoke volumes about what our resident experience would be like. We’re convinced we could not have made a better choice.

Perhaps it is beyond Lennox control, but the construction noise at 8 am is extremely annoying!! Like, can’t they wait till 9:00, at least ? And the “yardwork,” or whatever it is. The buzzing of chainsaws at 8 am. Not a great way to be woken up on a day off. And I wear earplugs every night..

Not sure why this property is getting so many 5 stars. I’ve been at Lennox 3 years now. I love the neighborhood and atmosphere. The Lennox Team is reliable and they dont put up with nonsense, which I appreciate. However, the noise is unbearable. Although Charlotte has residential ordinances, no one at Lennox appears to mitigate the issue. You have trucks making deliveries as early as 4 am at any given day of the week - you can hear them dropping their metal ramps onto street. Recently, we... had DTR restaurant arrange for their sidewalks to be power-washed and this was done at 3 am. The Craic had their sidewalks done a different day at 3:30am - are you for real? We get people fixing sidewalks as early as 6am. The Craic closes at 2am, you get to hear loud people leaving the pub with their loud talking and obnoxious behavior that usually follows intoxicated people for they do not care it’s a residential area and people are sleeping. The gargabge truck is the worst and it usually comes by before 6 am. Sleeping in on your days off? You can forget it! Lastly, if the noise doesn’t bother you, then the traffic will. You have Starbucks on one side of Ashley Park Lane and Whole Foods on the other- you have entitled people blocking the street to get their coffee and although there is a security guard that is supposed watch and direct traffic for some reason he doesn’t care to handle the Starbucks traffic spill. Not worth it.
