I haven’t moved in yet, but I did set up a tour. I used an Apartment Finder company & they recommended Modera Loso. Julia was my tour guide and she was incredible. The building itself is beautiful & I’m so excited to move. I love the layouts and even though the amenities aren’t completed yet, I’m sure they’re going to be beautiful! I signed a lease the day I toured. I was super sold when Julia said they were getting Pilates machines!!

Moving into Modera LoSo was an absolute breeze! From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming, organized, and incredibly helpful. Brandon, in particular, went above and beyond to ensure a seamless transition—his professionalism, kindness, and willingness to assist made all the difference.
Beyond the smooth process, the team added a personal touch by leaving a few thoughtful welcome gifts in the fridge, including bottled water, Red Bull, and a mini cup of Jenni’s ice cream. Those small... gestures made me feel truly valued as a new resident.
The apartment itself was spotless upon move-in. I couldn’t be happier with my experience and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a hassle-free, high-quality living situation!
