This place sucks

Go live in a tent before you come here , first 2 weeks I move into my apartment I wake up to a pond of water in my entire apartment (FLOODED) in every room ! The shower nob has not worked since I moved in I have blisters on my hand from trying to get the water hot with no nob . They never gave me my storage key swear they had to make a new one but it’s been 8/9 months still haven’t received .. My closest still doesn’t have the shelves that was suppose to come with the apartment . You have to pay… for trash valet that doesn’t even come pick up your trash. Also, you have to pay for the pool that doesn’t even have water in it . The security guard harasses you when you stay here, but lets outsiders come in and steal your things. I will give this place zero stars if I could do yourself a favor and stay away from this place.

New improvements

This is a really nice community that’s be pushed to the side over the years and just needed a little more love. -The Community manager Chris l believe, is super respectful and goes the extra mile for the residents here. It’s so good to see the changes that are happening and consistent faces in the office!!!

DO NOT MOVE HERE

First off I’d like to say if you need somewhere and don’t have anywhere to sleep, sleep in your car. DO NOT come here, the longer I’ve been here the more problems there are. Rooms are cheap is THE ONLY benefit, MAINTENACE IS SLOW, OFFICE PEOPLE ARE SLOW, everything is slow. Always a new excuse as to why something doesn’t work or isn’t available. FYI POOL HAS BEEN OPENED FOR A TOTAL OR 1.5MONTHS IN THE 2 SUMMERS IVE BEEN HERE
