Tour was amazing!

Paris and Sheldon was so helpful and sweet! They were very knowledgeable about the property and honest. The space was very clean and it’s tucked away off the main street so very quiet!

Very underwhelming

The word luxury has lost all meaning these days. Theres an overwhelming amount of fees for nonexistent or underwhelming product. There’s no parking ever, the gym is terrible and a big reason we signed the lease was because of the staff telling us of their plans to completely renovate it in two months after we signed. That was almost two years ago and nothing has changed. Unless something changes I don’t know if I plan to renew. Valet trash does not run on weekends and since that’s when most… people have the most trash, it almost defeats the purpose, and when it does come, it’s never at a consistent time. I’ve had bugs in the apartment and the police are here more often than I’d like them to be. The staff is inconsistent and hard to get in touch with due to the constant turnover so it’s hard to judge them fairly. I have faith they can get better but as of now, not pleased. I hope things can turnaround and I’m positive they can.

The price of the rent is reasonable, but you will have to consider things such as the apartment itself. I wouldn't personally consider it luxury, but if you are okay with a average apartment and a younger crowd and what that experience brings, then its okay.
