This place as soon as you get there is beautiful! I had the pleasure of meeting Ms. Patrekia . She was very kind and full of energy . She tour d me around not just the apartment but around all other areas as well. Some people came thru residents there and I can tell she’s not only just works there she takes her time to get to know the people there as well. She took her time to get to know me as well, which made the visit even better . She was very patience with me and transparent when I spoke... about my situation. Let me know to only speak positive things over me! I did get approved as well after searching many places and not being able to find a place that actually gave me a chance ! If you’re looking for a place especially for teachers in that area or if you’re a teacher somewhere close in that area you should definitely should move there !

Fantastic staff great community.
I’ve lived here for 5 years. I had an issue with my A/C in 90 degree weather. Allen came right over. There was an issue that needed a part. Unfortunately it did not come in until the next day. Allen went above and beyond. He brought over a portable a/c unit to keep us comfortable. He is always there to give us great service along with Ricky. They are amazing and always here when needed quickly. Kudos! Job well done! The office staff, Amy and Patrekia are always there to listen. They go... the extra mile to be sure all of our needs are met! Great community! Great staff. I love living here. Great job by everyone!
