The Collins Charlotte

This place is amazing. The staff’s customer service was outstanding. Everyone was warming and welcoming when I arrived. The amenities are state of the art and the homes are modernized and spacious.The grounds are well kept and the neighborhood is beautiful. The location couldn’t have been better being that it’s 15 -20 minutes from pretty much anywhere in Charlotte. Many dining and shopping options within walking distance. I’d like to thank Julia and all her staff for making this transition so... easy for me. I’m excited to start my new journey here at The Collins!

THE BEST Staff you will encounter!

I have been a resident for six months and I tell the staff all the time “you guys are the best”. Life literally slapped me in the face when my grandfather got sick and eventually passed away. I was left with a whole lot more responsibilities than intended and the understanding from that office was impeccable. Grace they never had to extend but did. The apartment complex is well kept. Staff is friendly (I do mean every single staff I have encountered in that office). The events every month is... well thought out and the community actually participates. Julia and Chris have been my right hand man since I moved in. My experience has been great and I’m so happy that I moved here.

The Collins is great!

My husband and I have lived at the Collins for a year and a half, and we really love this community. The staff is always so helpful (especially Chris), and we’ve had a great experience living here! We highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a great apartment complex in Charlotte.
