So far so good. No complaints, besides parking I did get towed in the alley and it cost me $325. The lounge is pretty nice just needs new pool sticks. Parking cost $50 a month that kind of sucks but the apartment itself and the view are nice. A little small but nice.

Staff is amazing and attentive! I enjoy the community here the most, and absolutely love my unit. The only downsides is the parking situation that I have had issues with. First of all the layout is pretty inconvenient, people like to fly through the decks and it’s really difficult to see people coming from around the corner-I’ve gotten into many “close calls” in there. Additionally, the main gate that is in service is very faulty. We were locked in there for a solid 20 minutes and concierge... was unable to help so we had to figure the gate system out on our own. There is also an additional fee for parking, which I think is absurd given the quality of the area. Not to mention, the new Metropolis system started overcharging me and it created a lot of headaches. That leads me to the other downside-you have to plan to leave your apartment. It takes me sometimes well over 20 minutes to just get to my car let alone out of the parking garage. I blame this on the elevators-there are 3 total and only 2 run on a consistent basis. The reliability of whether or not those two elevators work is up to determination, because there have been several occurrences where the entire building was dependent on one single elevator. If you can move past this, then it truly is a wonderful place to live.

Thank you so much for your kind words about our team, community, and your apartment — we truly appreciate you taking the time to share that feedback. We’re especially glad to hear that you’ve had a positive experience with our staff and that you... enjoy your home here.
We also understand and appreciate your candid feedback regarding parking, garage safety, the gate system, and elevator reliability. These are important concerns, and we recognize how issues like traffic flow in the garage, gate malfunctions, and elevator availability can affect daily routines. We are actively working with our vendors to improve the parking experience, including addressing gate functionality and elevator performance, and we continue to monitor the Metropolis system to resolve billing concerns as quickly as possible.
Thank you again for sharing both the positives and the areas where we can improve. Feedback like yours helps us continue to make meaningful improvements for our residents, and we’re glad to hear that overall you’ve found our community to be a wonderful place to live.

So nice. The building is well maintained and the moving was easy. The only issue is the elevators seem to be broken often. I hope they get it sorted out.
