This hasn’t been the best experience still. Broken elevators, pool is continuously closed,1/4 of the gym amenities do not work, no electricity in the gym room, constant police presents and no accountability from the management. Nothing is every managements fault when you come to them, it is always “It’s not us we are waiting on xxxxxx.”

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're sorry to hear that your experience has not met your expectations.
We understand the frustration surrounding the elevator repairs and other concerns you've raised. We also wanted to clarify... that the pool is currently open. It was temporarily closed to complete necessary maintenance and has since reopened for resident use.
Our team is actively working with our service providers to resolve the remaining maintenance issues, including the elevator repairs and fitness center concerns, as quickly as possible. We understand these ongoing issues have been inconvenient, and we appreciate your patience while the work is completed.
If you'd be willing to discuss your experience further, please reach out to our management office. We value your feedback and would welcome the opportunity to address any outstanding concerns.

The apartment community has met my expectations. Everyone in administration that I asked has been very helpful and patient. My only hiccup was my being late to move in and the man on the desk would not open the freight elevator so we had to move furniture and everything by hand through the lobby, only to reach the elevator and be told by another resident they moved in around 8 or 9 on another day and were allowed to use the freight elevator. I am enjoying my stay and the amenities.

We sincerely apologize for the frustration you experienced... during your move-in. We understand how important a smooth move-in process is, and we're sorry that your experience with the freight elevator was inconsistent. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention, as it helps us reinforce consistent procedures with our team.
Thank you again for your feedback. We're happy to have you as part of our community, and if there's ever anything we can do to make your experience even better, please don't hesitate to reach out.

So far it’s been great ! My only complaint is how we only have 2 working elevators at the moment which causes the lobby, and elevators to get extremely backed up. One other thing is there is an enormous amount of gnats that’s flying throughout the building and I don’t know where they’re coming from. Outside of that, it’s been great !

Thank you for sharing your feedback! We’re happy to hear that your overall experience has been great so far.
We completely understand the frustration caused by the elevator situation and appreciate your patience as we work through the necessary... repairs. Our team is actively working with our elevator vendor to address the remaining issues and restore full service as quickly as possible. We know how impactful this has been, especially during peak times when wait times and lobby traffic increase.
Thank you again for your feedback and for being a valued resident. We’re glad to have you as part of our community!
