I just moved in this month and so far the benefits, the staff and even my view have all been great. Concierge was helpful when I needed help finding a package. Seun, my leasing agent, made sure to keep me updated while waiting to get approved and has been very kind. And maintenance was fast and very useful and informative.

So far it has been positive. Seems like there might be ongoing elevator issues but other than that, it is a great place to live. We love the 24 hour concierge and the levels of security (key fob for main door, door to elevators, and to use elevator) and the common areas on the roof and on the parking garage are wonderful.

Love the apartment, location, view, amenities, concierge, ease of moving my belongings in…very happy to be here! However, I will say my move in experience with the leasing staff was less than ideal due to various miscommunication and I’m a little worried about needing any future assistance from the agents in the south tower due to them being less than helpful/friendly. Hoping that’s not the norm, but we’ll see. Other than that, my experience has been good so far.
