Absolutely love it here! People are nice! View is amazing, gym and pool are absolutely awesome! This is one of the best apartments I’ve lived in so far!

I love The Ascher, everything is convenient and close by
I just wish we had more gym equipment and that the pool is heated

The Ascher South tower is pretty good. The amenities provided are decent. The constant maintenance of the elevators needs some work. The staff is very friendly but overwhelmed which leads to late replies.
