I have enjoyed my stay so far with The Ascher. The amenities for the price is amazing. The location is ideal! Parking is never a problem. Weekly cleanings are done.

I absolutely love my apartment, however, I’m extremely disappointed with the community.. there’s constantly dog poop everywhere, elevators are always breaking weekly, I live on a very high floor and then somehow it always smells like trash up here… no matter how many times you can complain to GreyStar it doesn’t matter.The cameras are broken all throughout the property and management never holds residence accountable for anything. This property has so much potential, but the management is... driving it to the ground.

all the process with The Ascher has been really easy, I moved 1 week ago almost and all the staff has been kind and supportive. additional, the apartment is so beautiful
