Living at The Atherton is great! It’s convenient to everything from shops to breweries and restaurants, to workout studios, salons, and more. The building itself is always clean and has activities to participate in a few times a month to meet neighbors or a night out at no cost. I’m from out of state and I have felt right at home here!

Great amenities, but the pool has been closed for three months, and the staff have been unresponsive lately. But it's a beautiful building and ideal location.

Hi Eleanor. Our pool was closed temporarily due to some drain replacements that we were required by the city to perform. As of a couple of weeks ago, the pool has been open. We are sorry that you've had a hard time reaching us. We did reach out and... got you squared away. Thanks.

Great Apartment with lovely amenities and optimal location! If I were staying in Charlotte I would definitely be renewing my lease. Would highly recommend to anyone moving to Charlotte/looking for a new place to live
