Great location! Perfect for someone new to the area. Everything is walkable. You have access to grocery stores, shopping, food, dog parks, coffee, shops, public, transportation, and fitness classes.

My experience has been good. Not many complaints - only thing I would change is more seating at the pool since many people bring guests and it fills up very quickly, however unsure how that would even be done! I enjoy all the amenities, the location of the apt complex & it stays clean and well taken care of!

There has been a noticeable decline in property management and overall upkeep of the community. Maintenance issues, such as the elevators frequently going out of order and doors getting stuck, have become ongoing concerns. Shared amenities like the dog park are no longer being properly maintained, which has impacted residents’ ability to fully enjoy the property. For the price point, the level of service and attention to facilities has significantly decreased compared to when I first moved in.

Hi Lisa, Thank you for sharing your feedback. Our team actively maintains the community with structured preventative care. The dog park is on a daily cleaning schedule, and we encourage all residents to clean up after their pets. Shared amenities and... interior spaces are also addressed proactively. The fitness center undergoes quarterly preventative maintenance, hallways receive quarterly deep cleans, and a full hallway paint refresh is scheduled. In addition, our LIVE courtyard is receiving a full refresh this spring, including new seating and a new grill.
As a seven-year-old community, larger mechanical items such as elevators will require repairs from time to time. When issues arise, we work closely with vendors to ensure repairs are completed as quickly as possible, with resident safety and access as our top priority.
We appreciate residents holding us to a high standard and remain committed to maintaining the quality, service, and experience our community is known for. We welcome direct feedback so we can continue to improve. We are glad that even with these hiccups, you chose to renew with us again.
