The Atherton

There has been a noticeable decline in property management and overall upkeep of the community. Maintenance issues, such as the elevators frequently going out of order and doors getting stuck, have become ongoing concerns. Shared amenities like the dog park are no longer being properly maintained, which has impacted residents’ ability to fully enjoy the property. For the price point, the level of service and attention to facilities has significantly decreased compared to when I first moved in.

The Atherton has been a great experience so far. Super helpful and responsive staff who are willing to help and explain the details of how things run!

There are still too many things (even with new management) that makes this complex NOT feel luxury. In the 3 years I've lived here, I can count on one hand how many times both elevators have worked at the same time. The fire alarm is set off almost weekly and supposedly there is always a reason for it, but no solution. Not ideal when so many people in the building work from home. The activities are fun and engaging! I also appreciate the location because everything is walkable. Other than that, the front door representatives are always kind.

Great facility with excellent amenities, floor plans, and proximity to so many convenient stores and restaurants!
