Besides safety concerns of bikes being stolen, cars being broken into, and unauthorized people being let into the building, it’s a decent place to live if you enjoy loud noises and neighbors who act like it’s a frat house… watch you step! Residents don’t pick up their pet waste.

I love living The Atherton. It’s the best building in SouthEnd. So convenient to everything and the staff is so nice. I am glad I made the move to live here.

The Atherton is great place to live. It is clean the lobby area has sparking water sometimes and places nice music that I love to hear when I go down to get my coffee before work!
