Please confirm someone is a resident before allowing them to do anything to someone’s unit…this whole incident is super creepy and not the first time some guy here at the brook used the leasing office to try to get to me. Is there no resident safety?

Our office has strict policies in place regarding access to units, including identity... verification and proper authorization before any entry is permitted. We do not allow unauthorized individuals access to residents’ homes. This matter has been reviewed and addressed in accordance with our community policies regarding unit access and authorization procedures.
We remain committed to maintaining a secure and respectful environment for all residents.

The units over here are older and need a makeover inside and outside based on the amount of rent we are paying . I like the location of the apartments, I can walk to shop, or to my job. Public transportation is available. It’s pretty quiet over here, now that the last manager got rid of the bad people that were living here.

Neighborhood is pretty good. It’s relatively quiet. People do throw trash on the ground. The pool wasn’t open this year or the gym. The maintenance staff are very quick and do a good job when something goes wrong
