Neighborhood is pretty good. It’s relatively quiet. People do throw trash on the ground. The pool wasn’t open this year or the gym. The maintenance staff are very quick and do a good job when something goes wrong

I've been living here for a year and my experience has been great. Hard working staff, nice quiet community, and my apartment is beautiful. The Brook apartment is a nice place to live.

The Brooks overall is still a god place to live. I have lived over here for 3 years, my area where I live is quiet and clean. The property manager is great!!! She cares and listens to any concerns you have.

Staff was helpful understanding, patient, explain there self well...just moved in 6-10-25 so far I am satisfied the place was up to par clean, I like the hardwood floors
