Right off the bat, signing the lease with The Gibson was incredibly frustrating. Communication was inconsistent, my roommate was frequently left out of emails, and our lease had to be rewritten three times because of errors before signing. Upon move-in, neither my roommate nor I received a tour, and my roommate was not asked for her ID, which is incredibly concerning. Since our move-in, we’ve had issues with parking and wi-fi, as well as poor communication regarding gym renovation and a fire... alarm going off at 1 a.m. We’ve been incredibly disappointed with our experience and would not recommend to anyone looking to live in the area.

The staff is excellent at communicating and quick at all work orders. Any time I walk into the office, I am always greeted and the staff never makes me feel rushed or as if they are busy which I know they are. They know how to make the residents feel heard.
