A perfect location in Southpark to live, accessible to everything! You can walk to shopping, great restaurants and markets. the staff is amazing and help make The Residence a home!

The Residence is the premier location in SouthPark. Additionally, the staff is wonderful, the maintenance staff is always "on it" and I feel safe here. I also appreciate how substantial the building is.

I feel really welcomed by the staff and the residents. The apartment block has amazing amenities making me want to stay home and enjoy it. The concierge services are amazing and the convenience of recycling bins is a real value add. I feel safe and surrounded by amazing people.
