I'm grateful to have kind, knowledgeable people at the Concierge. They are caring and Always willing to help. This makes me feel safe. Appreciate the prompt response to maintenance requests, and the work is done with expertise, kindness and caring.
All the management and staff are available when needed.

This has been my favorite place to live in Charlotte! The staff is amazing, the apartment building is always clean, issues get fixed immediately and everyone respects everyone else. There's no other building like it!
