. I am so glad I moved here. We are right in the heart of of Ballantyne staff is very helpful and friendly. Maintenance issues are taking care of quickly. The grounds are meticulously taken care of.

Everything is going great! I’m enjoying my apartment and all of the amenities. The only thing is something loves my trash and that can be annoying but I’m learning to put my trash out right at 7pm.

I like this place, the common areas are good, the apartments are very spacious and the maintenance staff is super friendly and effective, it's a very quiet place.

I like the community! I love the pool, pickle ball court, volleyball, a playground, dog park, and fitness center! I would like the clubhouse much more if it was available to residents after hours. There should be some way for people to sign in to play pool and use the clubhouse with guests. I like the fire pit, but I do not know if it is working. I really like the grill/picnic area, but the grills need to be cleaned. The big lights are not working and should be on at night for people to walk... their dogs. Plus, branches on trees need to be cut because they are about laying on top of cars. Plus, there are water bottles and trash that are on the ground and do not get picked up. So, it could be better maintained. Overall, I do like the apartment complex! My main concern is the big lamp lights need to be working and be on at night. Thank you!
