I toured Sagewood while looking for an apartment for my dad. I was able to quickly schedule my tour and Abigail was so helpful during. She was efficient and answered all of my questions. We ended up applying for the unit and are looking forward to moving my dad into his new apartment in May! Overall, the units are very spacious with a lot of natural light. The gym looks very nice, clean, and full of high-quality equipment. The pool is a good size with plenty of seating and overall, the grounds... of the apartment looked clean. I like that the community is gated.

The Sagewood has nice amenities, a clean surrounding and a comfortable living space. The only con so far is the online fee to pay rent through the online portal.

The staff is pretty helpful with answering any questions or sending community updates. Receiving responses to messages and follow up to maintenance requests can be delayed, always requiring follow up messages to be sent.
