Good Spot, Poor Management

My roommate and I have enjoyed our unit and location. However, getting a hold of management and maintenance to perform routine maintenance has been an absolute nightmare. We’ve had issues outstanding for months, emails have been ignored, and no one has made any semblance of an effort to assist us - it’s nothing short of insulting. Between this and the new bars on Bland street making it extremely loud at night, we are glad to be moving somewhere else.

Love it here!!

Everyone is very responsive and willing to assist you in any need!! All my maintenance requests have been solved almost immediately.

My move-in was on a Monday holiday but the staff accepted my unusual request and could still get me my keys.

Hands down best staff I've ever had regarding move in.

The Winnifred is a very nice and clean apartment complex. There is an occasional smell of weed here and there. Mostly everyone is quiet and keeps to themselves.
