I have sent AND played recordings of an intermittent high-pitched, whistle sound. I was told it is from the A/C unit. This was first reported in June. This is ongoing and unresolved noise issue has negatively impacted by ability to rest. It happens at various times of the day and night--most noticeably during early morning hours such as 1AM, 4AM, 6AM, etc. This issue, along with the other reported and unresolved issues (i.e., repeated noise complaints and safety/door issues) are making my… overall experience here at Trailside harder to endure. The maintenance team are very helpful, professional and responsive--this is NOT a complaint again them.

Do not recommend. Building doors and parking lot gates break too often and remain broken for an absurd period of time before fixed. One of the doors to building A has been broken for months now and has yet to be fixed. This has happened several times and each time it’s remained broken for months. Having doors and gates that do not lock contradict the secured buildings and gated community I’m paying for. The dog park is awful. I was told it would be a state of the art dog park, heated salt water… pool, storage rooms on each floor for residents use, residents have not been given access to these storage rooms…the dog park - not just that there is no turf or proper grass maintained but the dirt and stones/gravel or whatever you call the material used for that park is dangerous. It can and has caused harm to the paws of pets. When it rains it’s muddy and disgusting. There’s no bench or water, nothing just a poorly “constructed” and poorly maintained enclosed area they call a dog park. I’ve never seen a luxury complex with such a horrible dog park. The pool which is not heated, nor salt water and the hot tub are poorly maintained and always look dirty and quite unhygienic interfering with me being able to comfortably use them when I want. The buildings and community need more frequent cleaning. For the price and what I was told this place would offer during my tour it has not lived up to expectations at all.

Regarding the pool, it is heated and professionally maintained daily. Our pool vendor services the amenity regularly to ensure it remains clean, safe, and enjoyable for residents. If there are ever concerns regarding the condition of the pool or hot tub, we encourage residents to notify the office so we can address them promptly.

We appreciate your feedback regarding the dog park, building access, storage areas, and overall community cleanliness. Resident feedback is important to us, and we continuously evaluate opportunities to improve the community and resident experience.

Don't Hesitate to Rent here !!

I moved into Trailside NoDa about two months ago, and my experience has been nothing short of amazing. From the moment I started the process, Lewis has gone above and beyond to make everything as smooth and stress free as possible. He took the time to explain everything thoroughly, answer every question I had, and make sure I felt comfortable and informed every step of the way.

Lewis is truly outstanding at what he does. He is professional, knowledgeable, patient, and always willing to help. No… matter how many questions I had, he always took the time to respond and make sure I understood everything. His dedication and genuine care for residents have made a huge difference in my experience here.

I have absolutely no complaints and am so happy I chose Trailside NoDa. If you're considering moving here, you can feel confident knowing that you'll be in great hands with Lewis and the team. Highly recommend!
