You can't beat the price for the location. We have been living here for over a year and we really enjoyed how the area has developed. The staff has always been communicative and helpful and we appreciate the improvements made to the facilities

Great Manager Daleia! She has gone above & beyond in assisting our special logistical needs. The coordination coming from two different states was a nightmare. However, Daleia was always available with a positive, supportive attitude & made for a much easier transition. With multiple changes in our itinerary, she didn't give up on us. Daleia is a great asset to your community, if not for her we may have given up.
We love our apartment and location. Grateful to find Uptown Gardens!

Amazing location, walkable to a lot of things. Balcony/front porch is a highlight!! Everyone decorates and puts plants out, making it very homey. Overall a good place. There are roaches, as to be expected in Charlotte. And expect maintenance requests to take a long time to be responded to, sometimes fully ignored.
