Drug ridden traphouse
My family and I lived at this community from 2019 until recently, when we moved after purchasing a home. While the property is marketed as a “luxury” townhome community, that was not our experience during our time here.
The units are outdated, and the overall environment did not feel safe or family-friendly. There was frequent and noticeable marijuana odor coming through the vents from surrounding units, which was especially concerning as a parent. Despite reporting it, the issue remained... unresolved.
One of our biggest concerns was the amount of police activity. Law enforcement was regularly on-site due to disturbances, including domestic incidents and noise complaints. We witnessed multiple situations in the parking lot that made us feel uneasy, especially with children present.
Additionally, the grounds were not well maintained in terms of cleanliness. Pet waste was consistently left on sidewalks and grassy areas, and it did not appear that community rules were enforced when it came to upkeep or resident behavior.
During our time here, the property changed ownership and management several times, which created inconsistency and confusion in communication. This instability made it difficult to get clear answers or feel confident in the overall direction of the community.
In our experience, this was not a peaceful or well-managed place to live. I would recommend that future renters visit in person, speak with current residents, and consider whether this environment aligns with their expectations.
