Lower Price, Higher Headaches

Wexford Apartments are a horrible place to live and only live here as a last resort. These are old apartments that they try to slap paint on and make it look okay, but they are pretty bad once inside. Random people always hanging out in the parking lot, smoking, leaving trash, and shooting dice. Had to call the police quite a few times to disperse large groups of people. Walls are paper thin, and with the units being so old with cracks, bugs creep in all the time. Management is a joke, rude,… and never answer the phone. Old stove, old cabinets, old fixtures, old A/C unit, and no community engagement. Neighbors barely speak, but you hear them all the time walking up and down stairs and hanging in the breezeways. Neighbors leave trashbags out in the breezeways attracting all kinds of rodents, roaches, and insects. It was a nightmare the time I stayed there and I would not recommend this place to anyone. Do you self a favor, pay $50-$100 more and have peace of mind with newer amenities and safety, you will thank yourself later.

Nice Studio

The apartment is small, but comfortable and cozy. The neighborhood is quiet except for the trains that pass on the other side of the highway.
