Whitehall Parc

This property is not one that I recommend. You pay for more than you actually receive. The breezeways are oftentimes pretty fithy, with stains covering the ground and trash on the ground. During the summers, there are cockroaches at night. Staff oftentimes will hold onto packages without letting us know that we are expecting packages--and then will say that they sent an email with no evidence. The staff also do not respond to emails nor online messages nor the phone, so the only way to get to... speak with someone is face-to-face, which is incredibly inconvenient for those of us who work during the day. The walls are so thin. You will hear the neighbors snoring, tvs loud, cabinets slamming, if somebody cough you will definitely hear that. If you work from home it becomes very difficult to work due to the noise levels and that’s in the morning and evening. The staff will act like they care when you go complain but they don’t. All they care about is people smoking on the property because that’s the main email they always send to tenants but they can’t send out communications like THEY SAID THEY... Overal Whitehall Parc is a great community to live in. Staff and maintenance are friendly and the grounds are well kept. The amenities are nice and usually always in service. The neighbors can be a little loud but that's to be expected when living in close proximity. The nearby grocery stores are walkable so it makes getting steps in easy.

The community has gone down a bit. Less cleaning in building hallways and thresholds. The dumpster area is often a hot mess. Perhaps reminding those who are vacating soon where to discard their unwanted items might help. And that parking monitor situation is awful! My new car window was broken back in June while parked in a visitor space!

It offers great living experience , supported by strong management , good facilities and a good sense of community.
