Poor Management
The management here does not care about their residents. The people who left five star reviews were offered an incentive to do so.
They closed amenities like the clubhouse and gym for over 3 months when residents were told it’d be 6-8 weeks. They advertise 24/hour gym access and took 4 months to install key fob access for after office hours.
The pool has been closed indefinitely for months in the heat of summer with conflicting updates from different staff members.
Maintenance requests get... marked completed without anyone even coming to check on the problem. When you email the office with concerns, they act like it’s an inconvenience to them and don’t take you seriously.
Truly a shame since it’s in a great location and neighborhood. Management needs to reassess how they handle conflict and what they advertise to residents.

We understand your frustration and would like to provide some clarification regarding your concerns. While the construction delays that resulted in the clubhouse opening later than anticipated were beyond our control, we sincerely apologize. It has... taken management 4 months of consistent follow up to finally have the access control vendor complete the fob access installation at the clubhouse. Our team has done everything required to have the pool open, however, we're unable to do so until the permit and inspection have been approved and completed. This is, unfortunately, another situation that we are unable to expedite, despite our best efforts. We apologize that you were ever made to feel as if you were being misinformed about these issues and will address this with our team. As for any work requests that have not been completed, please contact our office to discuss in further detail at your earliest convenience. Our goal is to provide our residents with exceptional service and we hope to find a resolution to these items that will meet your satisfaction.
