Decent enough. I’m glad I’m moving out as the renewal prices aren’t competitive with the state of the apartments. 80s units with 2026 prices don’t align.

My experiences living here has been amazing. The staff here is very friendly, professional, and polite. We came from out of state and the whole process from applying to moving in was smooth and easy.
This apartment complex gives us a community sense, making you feel more like home. Staff here put lots of effort to organize events for residents :)!
Even my dog loves living here. She enjoys a big dog park. The ground always well maintained.
The only thing I dont like is there are lots of dog... poops on the grass and in the dog park. I mean it’s not actually apartments’ faults as they have doggy stations with dog bags around the complex.

My experience here is just likely living in the penthouse of the Las Vegas Mirage. Nothing quite compares. Champaign toasts all around! Cheers!

The staff were very helpful finding us a unit that fit our wants while also being within budget. Pricing is very transparent. Maintenance are timely when responding to tickets, which is appreciated. Neighborhood is cozy and pretty, good for walking and running.
