Poor Management
I’ve lived here over 2 years, and ever since management changed and Nick left, this place has gone downhill fast.
I upgraded to a two-bedroom on the bottom floor, and within 2 months my apartment flooded from a sewer issue outside my door completely not my fault. Maintenance did their job, but management was nonexistent. Not one person reached out—I had to chase them down myself. They ran 12 fans in my apartment, driving up my Duke Energy bill, and all I asked was to be reimbursed for the... difference. Instead, they dragged it out, asked for irrelevant past bills, and told me to file an insurance claim knowing it wouldn’t even be covered since the issue didn’t come from inside my unit. So basically, they expected me to pay a deductible for their problem. Zero accountability. On top of that, rent went up over $100, the appliances are outdated, and the fridge is ridiculously small. I used to recommend this place now I’m embarrassed to even say I live here. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere for the amount you’re going to spend on a unit.
