I recently moved into HOLLY CREST and so far, I absolutely love it. The location is perfect—close to a plaza and shopping areas, with plenty of walkable spaces that make everything feel convenient and accessible. The community itself has a charming, village-like atmosphere, which makes it feel more like a neighborhood than just an apartment complex.

The apartment is very clean, spacious, and well-maintained, and I really appreciate how quiet the environment is. It’s been a peaceful place to... settle into.

One of the standout features is the amenities. In addition to a great pool and gym, there’s a sauna, a café-style center, co-working office spaces, and even a virtual golf setup. It really feels like everything you need is right here.

Overall, I’m very happy with my move and would definitely recommend HOLLY CREST to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and a great living experience.

There are several things that can be improved. Carpets used to be shampooed quite regularly and they haven't been done in a while and look pretty dirty. For some reason many of your policies aren't being enforced. For example, our neighbor NEVER takes their trash bin inside the apartment. It's left outside their door all the time. 24/7.

I’ve had a really positive experience living here so far. The community is quiet, well-maintained, and the location is super convenient for getting around the area. The grounds are always kept clean, and it’s clear that the management team takes pride in keeping the property looking nice.

One thing I especially appreciate is how responsive and helpful the maintenance team has been whenever I’ve needed assistance. Requests are handled quickly and professionally, which makes a huge difference... when you’re living in an apartment community.

The apartments themselves are comfortable and well designed, and the overall atmosphere here feels safe and welcoming. It’s been a great place to call home, and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a place in the area.
