The staff is always very nice and the property and everything is good. You don't hear any noise from the upstairs naibors. The only annoying thing is that the matinaince people don't let you know before they come knocking.

I've been here for two months and I love it here. The apartment is beautiful, the amenities are great, the staff is awesome, maintenance is very responsive, it's quiet but all the neighbors I've met have been very friendly and respectful as well. Moving to Holly Crest was the best decision I could have made.

Upper management can do better with the cleanliness of the community. It takes a long time to get a simple tasks done here as far maintenance goes.

Holly crest has great amenities and is beautiful however, I have been having quite a few maintenance issues since moving here and it does take a long time to get resolved.

I love it here in HOLLY CREST!! Best decision I made. Apartments are beautiful, comfortable and the amenities are amazing! All the staff are really helpful and understanding. Shout out to JC he is awsome! Roberto, and all the maintenance staff ! And the cleaning crew who does an amazing job! Thank you!
