I’ve only been here a few weeks, but so far the experience has been nothing short of amazing. The community is beautiful, welcoming, and very dog friendly, which I absolutely love. The homes are gorgeous, and my space feels incredibly peaceful and relaxing.
One of my favorite things is being able to grill in my backyard while still enjoying the privacy the fencing provides. Even though the homes are close together, it’s surprisingly quiet — I never hear noise from my neighbors, which makes it... even more enjoyable.
The staff has been incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional, and the maintenance team has been just as great. On top of all that, it’s conveniently close to my job, which is a huge bonus.
Overall, this place has exceeded my expectations in every way. Definitely a 10/10 experience so far!

Its very clean here, a very convenient area of living that is growing and only getting nicer, gives you the chance to live in the city but not directly in the mix or having to deal with the inner city problems, the community is being built still so I haven’t experienced everything yet but whats been done looks great and my home also has many included little details that you don't really get anywhere else that make your living situation so much better.
