overcharge

They overcharge for no reason our stove doesn’t work our dishwasher doesn’t work and they don’t fix it DONT MOVE HERE

Walls are thin

You can hear EVERYTHING when living in these apartments. You can can hear when people play loud music and when are walking above your head if you don’t live on the third floor. Do NOT recommend.

great location, okay prices .small apartments

location is great here ,you are close to Carolina mall, concord mills and not to far from the speedway.very affordable , apartments are kinda small, and appliances are very very old . no central air. you have one air conditioner to cool and heat you entire apartment. you only have one assigned parking spot so If you have a spouse they will have to park in guest parking .
I sugest for small family or a single person nice place to start.
