After living here two years, my experience has been great! Hardly any issues have come up, and when they did, help was fast and easy. The staff are super friendly and helpful, as well.

Flagship western is a great place to live. Great management, great facilities, great maintenance, and close to campus. It is much better than other apartments in the area

The staff here have been nothing but kind to me. However, I don’t like that the property management has turned rent increases every year into a game/competition. I don’t play about my money and I don’t understand why I have to make the decision to renew or give up my apartment a month after my lease starts. I also don’t understand why rent has to increase every year in the first place when the amenities stay the same. It’s an okay price for what it is compared to others in the area. Still... expensive but less so than other apartments I’ve seen. Staff and having an in-unit washer and dryer is what keeps me here.

The community has always been so helpful! They are kind and any problem or issue that arises they help as much as they can. Love the clubhouse perks as well such as events, snacks, and gym

I love living here but there have been multiple instances when something in the house has gone completely wrong. By saying that I mean the heat not working, our fridge breaking, and our heat breaking a second time
