Cortni has been with us literally from the beginning from the tour to the day of move-in. She was so kind and knowledgeable from the start. So far, my partner and I love Ridge at Perry Bend. We look forward to making this place our home!

I love my apartment and community it fits the kind of living I enjoy!! I like apartment living because it doesn’t have the responsibility of home ownership. I don’t have to cut grass, clean the pool, and their are a lot of amenities to take advantage of!!

I really love the maintenance crew here. They go above and beyond for my family. Always fixing everything and making sure we're OK. Just 100% the best people ever.

It's a really nice apartment, but I wish there was better communication and options for residents when it comes to "mandatory fees" and also wish the roaches would stop.
