very convenient location. the staff is super helpful. the only thing is the parking lot is a weird layout. it’s quite a quiet apartment complex though. you can’t hear any of your neighbors.

Our experience at Ridge at Perry Bend has been very nice. We are still enjoying our retirement with no worries of having to keep up a property. It's all taken care of here and beautifully done. It's always peaceful and quiet. If there is anything we need the office and maintenance men are quick to take care of it. We just love it here.
