Amazing Staff!
Staff was friendly and more than willing to give tours, answer questions, and help with applications. I would highly recommend checking them out! Everyone was available, easy to communicate with, and extremely supportive throughout the whole process.

Excellent
The community is beautiful, clean, and so well-maintained—it truly feels like home. The apartments are spacious and modern, and the overall atmosphere is peaceful and welcoming.
What really made the experience amazing was the outstanding staff, especially Bella and Regan. They were incredibly helpful, kind, and professional throughout the entire process. Bella went above and beyond to guide me through the application process and made everything so smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to find such... genuinely helpful and friendly people in a leasing office, and their support made all the difference.
If you're looking for a place that’s not only beautiful but also managed by people who truly care, I highly recommend The Ridge at Rollings!

I am very pleased with the apartment along with the amenities that are included. The staff has been wonderful from day one. We have only been there for a few days and have taken full advantage of pool and dog park to name a few.
